Steel decoiling is the process of taking a steel coil and uncoiling it to produce a flat steel sheet, cut accurately to length to your specific requirement. This process involves the application of pressure utilising levelling technology to remove the surface shape inherent within steel coils producing a panel flat sheet, cut to length, stacked neatly and accurately to your specific requirements.

We use world class levellers to precision flatten sheets, whilst roll feeds allow us to decoil sheets to tolerances of +/- 1.0mm. This means we can genuinely offer material with superior all round dimension accuracy suitable for ‘lights off’ manufacturing.
